How the Calculation Works

The math is straightforward: calcium (mg) = beer volume (L) × calcium concentration (mg/L) × number of servings. The calculator first converts your unit to liters — 12 oz = 354.9 mL = 0.355 L — then multiplies by the style concentration, and finally scales by the number of servings.
